CONGRATULATIONS, CUM LAUDE: Another Malungon IBM pride Malungon, Sarangani Province (August 16, 2023) – Mayor Tessa D. Constantino gaily wears the ‘honor chord-medal' granted by Mindanao State University to newly graduated Bachelor of Arts and Sociology CUM LAUDE, Reynante O. Cutamura (center), during the latter’s Monday courtesy visit at the Mayor’s Office together with Malalag Cogon Brgy. Capt. Kean Ceazar J. Nallos, to extend gratitude to the LGU and the local government chief executive’s assistance that helped him finish his studies. A student Iskolar ng Bayan ng Malungon (IBM) recipient, Cutamora is just one of several hundred MTDC-assisted scholars, dozens of whom graduated with flying colors from various schools and universities in neighboring cities and provinces, which were funded of their educational needs in order to continually strengthen the Education Department and the Local Government Unit-braced Innovation and Collaboration in Attaining No limitation in Education (ICAN) program in the area.
